Hi there! I'm Tamsin - a dietitian, Pilates instructor & founder of We Are One Wellness.
I’m here to help you eat, move, and live with intention - in a way that nourishes your body, supports your mind, and respects the planet.
After years of fad diets, disordered eating, and navigating chronic illness, I’ve learned the importance of building balance, self-worth, and sustainable routines that truly work with your body.
Through nourishing plant-based recipes and education, intentional training, journal prompts, and simplified wellness advice - I’m here to help you build confidence, reconnect with your body, and fall in love with looking after yourself.
